Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. IkametPro does not store your card details. Checkout links are served over HTTPS.

Document handling

The assistant may request document uploads (passport and personal photo where required). Uploads are used only to complete the requested flow.

Account security

Protect your account by using a strong password and keeping your access tokens private. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
