Service description

IkametPro provides a chat-based assistant that guides users through appointment booking and/or health insurance flows. The assistant may request personal information and documents to complete the flow.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Fees are shown in the assistant before payment and the assistant verifies payment status before continuing.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. Incorrect details or unclear uploads may prevent the flow from completing successfully.

No government affiliation

IkametPro is a private service and is not affiliated with the Turkish Government. We do not guarantee outcomes, appointment availability, or government decisions.
